Since our last visit to the National Museum was a long, long time ago, we decided to stop for a visit to the museum. We wouldn't know when we will have the opportunity to visit it again in the future.
We got off the bus at #21 - National Museum.

This coach serviced at Penang Hill (Bukit Bendera) from the 21st October 1923 to December 1977. It was designed and manufactured by a Swiss Company. The Penang State Government presented the coach to the National Museum on the 23rd June 1978.
Proton Saga car was Malaysia's first National Car.
It was completed at 2.30 pm on Thursday, 18th April 1985.
We were using a Proton Saga car manufactured in 1990.

ReplyDeleteIn some places here, we still build houses on what we call piers. It's the only way to build in the swampy areas.

DeleteI do see the snails on the mailbox. And here is why it is so funny to me. Here, we call all mail that is actually letters put into boxes "snail mail". As opposed to the fast e-mail. I love the yellow Rolls!!But my favorite has to be the old fire engine. Wow, I wish I could get up close and walk around it!
