Beef Balls Luffa Soup Noodle Soup

There has been hardly any rain for the past two weeks and we are now entering into the third week.
 Sunrise at 7:20 am.
It is humid and hardly any breeze at the park.

Since the weather is so warm, I decided to cook something simple.
I cooked a small pot of soup using some home made beef balls, my home grown angle luffa and white bitter gourd, spring onions and ginger slices.
I cooked 2 bowls of dried noodles.
So plain looking, so we need something to spice up the dinner.
We need some chili oil to go with the noodles.
The one on the left is store bought and the one on the right is home made.
Of course the store bought one is more delicious!
This was our simple dinner for 2 people.

Morning visitors to my garden.
 A black beetle.
A dragonfly on the tip of the red okra plants in my garden.

Linking to Saturday's Critters.

Praise the Lord who opened the Red Sea to make a path
before them, for his loving kindness continues forever,
and led them safely through,
for his loving-kindness continues forever -
(Psalm 136:13-14, The Living Bible-TLB)
