Whenever we feel like having Beef Soup Noodle for dinner, we will think of Cheong Kee Beef Noodle. We have been patronizing this stall for many years even before the business shifted to the current place. This place does not need much introduction, as it is well known to many far and near. This place is referred to as the popular "tong sui kai" by the locals.
Last week, we had our dinner at Cheong Kee Beef Noodle Stall, which is stall No. 47 at "Tong Sui Kai" which is situated along Jalan Sultan Ekram. As usual the customers were there and most of the tables were filled. Usually we will have to wait awhile for our orders to come to our table.
A bowl of Beef Soup with meat & tripes pieces (ngau lam), well cooked till soft and tender in very tasty soup.
Jalan Sultan Ekram meets Jalan Sultan Idris Shah junction.
On Saturday night, few nights after our beef soup noodle dinner, we came back to Tong Sui Kai again for a late night supper with our friends/guests. It was almost 11.00 pm when our friends/guests arrived and this was the only place we could think of that was opened for late night supper.
