Skywatch, Wanton Mee & Half Boiled Egg on Toasts.

A happy Friday to you!
Usually we start our morning walk around 6.50 am. But on this one particular morning we woke up earlier than usual and we get to start our morning work about 6.30 am. I like to start my day early so that I can get more things done.
It was still dark but the path is lighted with street lights all the way.
I took this photo at the start of our walk.
Some start as early as 5.30 am.
We prefer to wait until 6.30 am where there are more people.
Across the lake are the residential houses.
Lights reflection on the lake and on the trees.
I was having fun playing with my camera.
I love this beautiful misty view and the reflection on the lake.
This was taken from another angle.
These are lotus plants with pink flowers growing in the lake.
In the evening, people will be found fishing under the shade.
The walking path has mini uphills and down hills.
One morning I saw this papaya tree totally balded.
But now it is growing leaves and I could see some fruits too.
I stopped at a roadside fruit stall to buy a papaya and 3 mangoes.
Once again we were at our regular place for breakfast.
Our favourite wanton noodle stall.
Hubby's wanton mee (dry version) with bbq oink oink, blanched green veggie and pickled green chili in the spoon.
This is my breakfast for that day. I haven't eaten this breakfast for a long time.
A little bit of soy sauce and pepper on the eggs makes my breakfast more tasty.
Hubby's iced bitter black coffee and my non sweetened lemon tea. My breakfast will last me until dinner time. In between, I usually take fruits, nuts or munch one or two biscuits. I only take lunch when I go out with my friends or with hubby when I am really hungry.

Linking to Skywatch Friday.

If your enemy is hungry, give him food to eat;
if he is thirsty, give him water to drink.
In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head,
and the LORD will reward you.
(Proverbs 25:21, NIV)

  4. Usually I go as early as 5am & there are quite a number of joggers already in the park. I like your set of breakfast. The yolk of the egg is so orange.

  5. Oh my you and the others who start exercise at 5:30 do get up so early compared to me. I too like early morning but I am a night owl in nature so is hard for me to get to sleep early and wake up very early. I do like your hubby's breakfast and yours too. The yolks are so very orange. I wonder if they are special eggs? The lake looks lovely so early in the morning.

    1. Hi Joyful, I used to be a night owl too. But since I retired, I have cultivated a habit to get up early for exercise. I am not sure about the special egg. It could be they used the Omega eggs.

  11. You have cultivated a good exercise habit of walking every morning. I have never seen such orange egg yolks as these. Unlike you, I prefer eating my eggs well cooked and my friend prefer the yolks runny but the while well cooked. We all have different taste don't we!

    Have a great day.
    Hugs,
