Once again we, the Golden Girls decided to meet up for breakfast on Friday morning. That morning, hubby and I skipped our morning walk because we woke up a bit late. I went out to the garden to water my plants and this was what the morning sky looked like.
The time was about 7.35 am and the sun was like a fiery orange ball in the sky. We were warned of the extreme heatwave and told to stay away from direct sunlight.
Along the way out, I picked up my other Golden Girls and drove to the place recommended by my sister. This is not a new place but has been in business for quite a while.
There were a few cars ahead of us. We parked our cars and noticed these plants nearby. I have not seen an actual coffee tree, only from pictures.
Can someone please confirm whether these are coffee trees?
We found a big rusty old wok and a big ladle with a straw fan on top of a pile of wood in the compound. Its a pity we didn't see any information or description about these appliances.
Another rusty old wok over a firewood stove.
Cups and saucers.
Could this be the old fashioned coffee grinder?
Rattan steamer, cups and sauces, mugs and coffee strainer on an old wooden table.

While my friends went in to get a table, I was still busy taking photos. It was only about 10 am in the morning, and the shady car park was filled with cars. Will be posting on what we ordered and ate for breakfast in another post.
