These petunias plants have been with me for 3 months since the day I brought them back from my friend's house. It is through this friend that I have been blessed with these beautiful petunias. Their beautiful blooms have brighten up my days and I want to share them in my post today.
Every morning I watered them thoroughly. The weather is very hot and I hope it will not have a negative effect on my plants, especially these petunias. These petunias are hanging under my porch.

Thank you for your visit and I hope these gorgeous blooms will also brighten up your day too!
Linking with Wordless Wednesday.
Dear brothers (or sisters),
is your life full of difficulties and temptations?
Then be happy, for when the way is rough,
your patience has a chance to grow.
So let it grow, and don't try to squirm out of your problems.
For when your patience is finally in full bloom,
then you will be ready for anything,
strong in character, full and complete.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Nancy, your Petunias are BEAUTIFUL!! I have seen these beauties at some houses and they are so lovely. But I can't plant them as I do not have time to take care of them.
ReplyDeletePhong Hong, I must make sure that these plants are thoroughly watered once a day especially now that the weather is so hot.
DeleteBeautiful blooms Nancy:) You obviously take great care of them, constant watering and dead heading them to obtain more blooms:) I like the purple oxalis in the background too!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Annie. So far the plants are doing well and hope they will continue to do so.
DeleteThese are nurtured with love and passion... Hahaaaa....
ReplyDeleteHa ha! Yes, yes with tender loving care!

DeleteMy petunias did not live the day. Sigh. Maybe I will try to grow them again.
ReplyDeleteYour petunias are so lovely and healthy.
Rose, my first petunia plant didn't live because I didn't watered it enough. Now I know better because I learned from my mistake.
DeleteYour flowers are so pretty. I love petunias. They always bloom and some breeds never get that leggy look. They give me spring fever- and with our warm weather it is really spring here today! :) Hugs.
ReplyDeleteThey are blooming so profusely that I couldn't get the chance to trim off the leggy stems.
DeleteLindas e belas flores.
ReplyDeleteUm abraço e continuação de uma boa semana.
Thank you, Francisco. Have a beautiful day!

ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous day Nancy. ☺
Lol! Thank you, Sandee. I too need to lose a few pounds so today I better post some flowers instead of food. Have a fabulous day too!

ReplyDeleteThank you, Mun. I am hoping my plants will survive this very hot weather.
DeleteI love petunias, they remind me of my childhood, I love the way they smell! I usually buy a big pot in May, but, by August, no matter how much water and pruning, they are leggy and not very pretty, no matter what I do. I think the wind and the heat are just not good for them. Thank you for sharing your beautiful pictures!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Barb for sharing your experience with your petunias. I am worried the heat will somehow affect my petunia plants.
DeleteLush growth and in gorgeous shades too. I do have potted ones but they don't look as good as yours.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Kanak Hagjer. They are starting to grow leggy but they are so full of blooms and I couldn't bring myself to cut back the stems.
Deletethere sure are a lot of colors and forms
