Breakfast At Restoran Impressive, Ipoh.

My friend and I made an appointment for breakfast and she had to get up extra early on that particular morning. We agreed to meet at the breakfast place. We, the locals call it "Little Genting". We have not been here for a long, long time.
Hubby ordered Kapitan Curry Noodle and it came minus the red oil.
When the server saw that I was taking photo of his curry noodle, he quickly came back with some curry oil to add colour to his noodle. Lol! And it looks so much better with the oil.
My friend's chicken and prawn noodle (kai see hor fun) from the Little Katong stall.
And I ordered this Katong noodle (Singapore curry noodle) from the same stall.
The server asked whether I wanted some curry paste and my answer was a "Yes!" The added curry paste gave oomph to the noodle.
Knowing that we love peanut pancake, hubby bought a piece (cut into 3) for us to share.
Pancake filled with peanut and sugar.
My glass of iced white coffee.
There are many stalls here and we may be back in future to try the others.

  1. Interesting the man raced out with the red oil, makes me wonder why he didn't put it on in the first place - as no doubt you are wondering too..
Never tried peanut pancake, actually don't know of a place here that makes it.
