On Wednesday evening, having finished our errand in Kampar, we drove to Gopeng to visit a friend. Then we took this friend for dinner in Lawan Kuda. We wanted to try a restaurant which we haven't been before. When the waitress mentioned deep fried pig trotter, I was keen because its been a long time since the last time we ate one. Since there were only 3 of us, we can only order 3 dishes to try.
We ordered a Deep Fried Pig's Trotter with Thai sauce.
Only 1 size @ MYR 36.80 (approx. 9.13 USA)
The meat was not dry but very tender.
Deep Fried Silky Tofu with Pork & Mushroom sauce as topping @ MYR 9.80 (approx. 2.43 USD).
Chinese Spinach Soup with Salted Egg, Century Egg & Egg @ MYR 8 (approx. 1.99 USD).
2 pages menu with prices listed.
Total cost of dinner inclusive of 3 small portion white rice and Chinese Pu Erh tea @ MYR 59.40 (approx. 14.74 USD).
Most of the customers chose to sit in the open when the weather is good.
God willing, we will be back to try the other dishes. Most important our guest was happy with the dinner. If you are interested, the restaurant is at Jalan Aman, Desa Lawan Kuda 2, Gopeng.

The photos below are for joining Saturday's Critters.
Can you see what I saw?
Little kitty got frightened by hubby.
It jumped onto the branch.
Kitty looking at me with her big round eyes.
It slowly made its way behind the pot.
It has big round eyes and white whiskers.
Getting ready to make its escape.
There it went, escaping from out of my sight.
Linking to Saturday's Critters.
Be humble when you are trying to teach those
who are mixed up concerning the truth.
For if you talk meekly and courteously to them,
they are more likely with God's help,
to turn away from their wrong ideas and believe what is true.
Then they will come to their senses and
escape from Satan's trap of slavery to sin,
which he uses to catch them whenever he likes,
and then they can begin doing the will of God.
