Breakfast At Sun Hor Lok, Lunch In Bercham & Skyviews.

Two Sundays ago, we were up early and we had plenty of time for breakfast before attending church. We drove to Persiaran Greenhill and had our breakfast at Pusat Makanan Sun Hor Lok. It was early and there was no crowd.
Both of us usually order the pork noodles but this time, only hubby ate pork noodle. I don't feel like eating noodles that morning.
I ended up ordering the above from the dim sum stall. A yam puff with bbq pork filling, plus a spring roll filled with salted egg, century egg, minced pork, etc.
I love anything that has yam or taro. One thing I like about this spring roll is the century egg and the pickled ginger slices.
After breakfast we drove to church to feed on spiritual food. After having our fill of spiritual food, then it was time again for lunch again.

You will never be able to eat solid spiritual food and understand
the deeper things of God's Word until you become better Christians
and learn right from wrong by practicing doing right.

We went to this place that is opposite the Restoran New Paradise, along the Bercham main road.
We thought of trying the porridge but we were too early. They were only just starting to set up their stall. So we finally ended up sharing a small plate of economy or vegetarian fried rice vermicelli noodle.
We also added 2 meat balls and 2 stuff tofu.
My bowl of red bean sweet drink. I love the way red bean tong sui is cooked.

The whole sky looked like full of fluffy cotton.
The above 2 photos were taken at about 9.50 am.
Below are some lovely sunset views taken at about 7.30 pm.

  9. Just this morn, my hubby was asking me to get yam puff for him. Went to Ipoh Gdn's Chooi Yue twice but it was not hubby's lucky day. Had i read your post earlier, I might have gone to this coffee shop in town to get for him. Hahahah! Guess it was really not his lucky day.

  21. Those fluffy clouds remind me of the sand on the beach, the part near the tide line.

    1. Yes, I know what you mean. The wavy marks left behind by the water/tide.
