Hakka Noodle With Friend At Pusat Makanan MXII, Ipoh.

Last week, we had a breakfast date with an old friend who is also an ex-colleague of mine. We agreed to meet at our usual meeting place and from there, we will all go together in our car. Before that, we were up early for our early morning walk at the recreation park. I never miss looking up at the sky.
Hubby and I are always on the look out and ready with our cameras for sunrise shots. This was what we get on that morning at 07:32:37 am.
Sometimes, I get to see lovely sky view at south-west.
This may be mistaken for a sunrise. Time 07:06:57 am.
This is directly opposite the sunrise at 07:32:18 am. There was a dark cloud looming over the Kledang Hill. Looking at the time, we still had time to water my plants and a bath before heading out to town to pick up my friend.
We came here a few times to find the stall closed but that morning, it was opened. It was a week of school holidays plus public holidays and not surprising to find all the tables were occupied. We managed to get a table on the 5 foot way, on the left side where the woman in red is clearing the table. Just nice for 3 of us.
Once seated, my friend and I went to pick whatever we wanted. Stuffs like fish and meat balls, fried goodies and placed order for the noodles and tofu with the person in charge. Then we went back to our table and waited our turn for the food to be served. We used the time to catch up and update one another. After waiting for about 30 mins, we were beginning to feel hungry. The food always tastes better when we are hungry.
A bowl with crunchy fried goodies for 3 people.
A bowl of mixture - fish balls, meat balls & stuffed tofu for 3 people.
Same bowl of mixture but with a clearer view of the soft and smooth stuffed tofu.
And 3 plates of single portion Hakka noodle with diced pork. The noodle has to be stirred and mixed well with the gravy before we started to eat. We enjoyed the yummy breakfast and a wonderful fellowship!
We were here at Pusat Makanan MXII, Jalan Dato Tahwil Azhar, Ipoh.

Photo #1 - False sunflower (from Fraser's Hill)
I am not sure if this is Heliopsis helianthoides.
Photo #2 - Orange Lilies (from Fraser's Hill)
Photo #3 - Cup of Gold flowers (from my home).
Photo #4 - So many Cup of Gold flowers!
If only these are real gold, then we would be very rich!

  21. Oh I always like that kind of 'lieu'/fishballs.

The cup of gold flowers are very nice, so many flowers on the plant. I haven't seen them in the flesh before.

    1. We prefer this Hakka noodles because of the lieu/fishballs, more choices here to choose from. I love the big, attractive gold flowers.
