We had this dinner last month, which was in December, 2016. We drove to the restaurant that we intended to have our dinner but found it closed. Hubby and I were in the midst of thinking of another place to go for dinner when we turned a corner and saw this Kentucky Fried Chicken outlet in Silibin. One of us jokingly asked, "How about KFC?" Another said, "Can also, since its been a long time we haven't eaten KFC." And that was how we ended up having KFC for dinner!
It was about 6.45 pm and we were seated on the 1st floor next to the glass window.
I took the above 2 photos where from we were seated. The round lights that look like the moon in the picture are actually lights reflected on the glass panel.
My dinner set - Cheesy Potato Wedges, a piece of Spicy Fried Chicken and some Potato Fries.
Hubby's dinner set - 2 chicken drumsticks and some Potato Fries.
I love these Cheesy Potato Wedges.
These 2 fizzy soft drinks came with the dinner set.
Saw this promotional card on our table. From this picture, this set looks good for 2 people.

We were the early birds for dinner, so not many customers.

We have not eaten KFC for many years and we found that we did enjoy our dinner at this fast food joint.

DeleteOkay, you now dined at a place I don't care for. Not my favorite chicken. We love Popeye's better. I do remember when KFC was really good. Many years ago. Now, not so much. Well, at least here it's not that good anymore.

Thank you, Sandee. There is no Popeye's near my area. I think our KFC is still okay. Of course now there are many other choices besides KFC. We used to like KFC when we were younger but now we seldom eat, only once in a long while. Have a great day!

DeleteThere are a LOT of K.F.C.'s around here! They are very popular! Ours also has a buffet. All you can eat for one price, serve yourself. Their cookies are the best! We have the potato wedges, but no cheese sauce here.

DeleteThe 'original' Colonel Sanders started his business north of us in Kentucky... KFC is VERY popular in our country --and there are KFC's in almost every single town!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteHubby and I go to the KFC once a week. We get the 'Senior (for older people) Buffet'.. Costs us $13.17 for both us (and that includes tax)... Since it is a buffet, there are lots of options... I eat one piece of chicken breast (no skin), some green beans, some slaw for dinner plus a drink (coffee, tea, soft drinks)---and sometimes a dessert.... That's a great dinner for that price, don't you think????? We love it.

Hi Betsy. That is a great price for 2 people and some more it is a buffet with so many options. Over here, there is no buffet but the choices in different sets. I do enjoy KFC meal once in a while. I love the crispy fried skin. Too bad, we don't get to enjoy senior price for KFC. We also can find KFC easily in every town.
