Dinner At Restoran Likarli, Bandar Cyber, Ipoh.

It was rainy on and off for almost the whole day. The day ended with a nice cool evening. We were in Bandar Cyber (Bandar Siber) to see a friend.
We were looking for a place for dinner when I saw the restaurant which my sister recommended to me some time back.

We were the first customers and after our orders were taken, the other tables started to fill up. By the time we finished our dinner, all the tables in the 2 shop lots were all occupied.
We started with this - Sweet and sourish Marmite Pork Rib.
Sambal belacan Paku Pakis (edible fiddlehead fern).
Steamed Red Tilapia with spicy sauce.
Total cost of dinner MYR 54.20 (incl. drinks, rice & 6% GST).
If you are interested to try out the food there, here is the address:
LIKARLI Restaurant, No. 44, Jalan Lapangan Siber 10, Bandar Siber, Ipoh.
Tel: 05-3130298, 016-5290298
Driving home after a yummy-licious dinner!
Thanks to my sister for the recommendation.

The following photos are for joining Tuesday's Treasures & Image-in-ing.
I saw this treasure displayed at the Gopeng Antique Kopitiam.
 An antique wooden pounder.

  5. I noticed the address of the restaurant is Ipoh. I Googled it & says it is 130km south of Penang. I went to Penang in 1979 when I was in the Navy & my ship visited there for a few days.

    1. I hope you enjoyed your visit to Penang. After 38 years, Penang is quite different from the Penang of those days.

Your dinner price is so cheap, only S$18 after conversion, can't get that kind of price in Singapore, here at least cost S$30 and above

  21. I've always wondered the difference in flavour between Marmite and Vegemite dishes. I guess it's a personal preference based on what you're used to.
