Thanksgiving Dinner At Restoran Sun Winfat, Ipoh.

The day started with an early morning walk at the recreational park and we were blessed with a lovely sunrise. I stopped to snap the following sunrise photos before I continued my walk around the pond.
There are water lily plants growing in the pond.
Reflection of the trees and sunrise on the pond.
After our walk, we went for breakfast and then back home. Hubby went to work and I stayed at home catching up with some gardening and housework. Later in the afternoon hubby received a call from a friend who was involved in an accident on the North-South highway.
Thank God that no one was hurt in this accident involving 4 vehicles. Accidents on the highway can be very dangerous because of the oncoming vehicles travelling at high speed.
This stretch of the highway is accident prone area.
Hubby accompanied the friend to lodge a police report and then to the car workshop.
All the train tickets to the capital city sold out that day and our friend had to spend a night in our house.
Together with another couple and our friend, we had dinner at Restoran Sun Winfat. A thanksgiving dinner to appreciate and thank God for His protection over our friend. For 5 people, we ordered the following dishes.
Stir fried sambal kangkong or water spinach.
Sambal petai with minced meat - everyone's favourite.
Treasures in yam or taro basket.
I love all the above 3 dishes.
Steamed Black Tilapia with spicy preserved bean sauce.
It was a big fish and we almost couldn't finish it.

Fence #2 - gates of new terrace houses.

I will worship you and offer you a sacrifice of thanksgiving.
