Hakka Noodles For Breakfast At Restoran Cathay, Ipoh.

Both hubby and I woke up later than usual so we didn't go for the morning walk, instead we went out to look for breakfast. Its been quite some time since we last ate Hakka noodle, so hubby was looking forward to have Hakka noodle for breakfast.
Sunrise shot at about 7.30 am.
We found that our usual Hakka noodle shop was closed so we decided to go to the one nearby along the same road. I have forgotten how this Hakka noodle tasted like.
Restoran Cathay, Jalan Dato Tahwil Azhar, Taman Jubilee.
We used to enjoy the Hainanese Chicken Chop here.
While waiting for our breakfast to be served.
Crunchy deep fried side orders for our breakfast.
Hubby and I ordered these separately.
We both ordered Hakka noodles, topped with minced pork.
I would like to come back to taste the Hainanese Chicken Chop.

  17. I have not tried Hakka noodles before, wonder how different they are from the usual Wanton Noodles, Kampua Noodles or Kolo Mee

Love the sunset photos with a tinge of blue and gold colour

  22. I've not been to this Hakka mee stall for quite a number of years, usually favouring the one run by the brothers along Hugh Low Street. I remember this Hakka mee being very tasty too. Yes, the Hainanese chicken chop is delicious!
