Herbal Soup Noodle & Tom Yam Noodle For Dinner.

After having a good night's sleep, I woke up fresh and chirpy this particular morning and I was ready for the early morning walk earlier than usual.
Morning sky over the park at 6.45 am,
We finished our walking exercise early and we drove to town for breakfast. Our breakfast venue was at Restoran Big Oriental at Persiaran Greenhill, Kampung Jawa, Ipoh.
My breakfast was Herbal Soup noodle (mee sua) from a new stall. It is a kind of thin and soft salted wheat flour noodle. A thin layer of minced pork and egg patty cooked in herbal soup. Most of the noodle was hidden under the pork patty.
 My unsweetened kopi C.
Hubby took the usual wonton noodle, so no photos to show.
Sky view at 11.45 am on a Sunday morning.
Simple home fried tom yam rice vermicelli.
We were not in the mood to go out for dinner. So I cooked a simple dinner from whatever was available in the fridge. Cabbage and dried shrimp, tom yam paste and rice vermicelli.
There were some home grown spiky bitter gourds and green eggplants (brinjals) in the fridge. Used them for deep fried Indian style with curry powder, salt and cornflour. It was a simple and yummy dinner which we enjoyed very much.
Sunset over Ipoh city at 7.25 pm.
Linking to Skywatch Friday.

The sun will no more be your light by day,
nor will the brightness of the moon shine on you,
for the LORD will be your everlasting light,
and your God will be your glory.
Your sun will never set again,
and your moon will wane no more;
the LORD will be your everlasting light,
and your days of sorrow will end.
(Isaiah 60:19-20, New International Version-NIV)
