Curry Noodles & Kai Si Hor Fun At Restoren Jen Jen, Ipoh

Once in a while hubby will return to Restoran Jen Jen for the chicken soup noodle or the kai si hor fun. As for me, I prefer to order different things and not stick to one particular item.
I love Chinese meat rolls called Loh Bak.
When I approached the stall to order my breakfast, the boss recommended me to try his meat roll. I agreed to try one, can share with hubby.
I ordered this curry noodle from the same stall.
I enjoyed my breakfast.

Enjoy Lovely Long Hair With Hair Weaves

From the very beginning of time, women have been very attentive and particular about their hair. Even from those days, women have been using all sorts of ways and methods to keep their hair long and healthy. Beautiful hair means long, shiny and bouncy. Women are willing to spend time and money on treating and beautifying their hair. Some may prefer to perm and some may prefer to keep their hair straight. Many women and even men will tell you that women look beautiful and sexy with long, silky hair. It can be long, silky and straight, or long and wavy, or long and curly hair.
This is probably one of the many reasons why hair weave is gaining in popularity. For those women who keep their natural hair short, they can still enjoy long hair by using hair weave. For long straight hair, they can easily buy long straight weave from the many hair websites. The 8A premium Brazilian hair weave are 100 % human hair. The hair weave comes in its natural colour and is easy to manage. The hair weave usually weighs about 95-100 grams per bundle. There is no chemical processing of the hair and the hair can be coloured or restyled as you desire. With proper care, the hair weave will be able to last over 1 year.
Besides long straight weave, there are also deep wave weave to increase the volume of the existing natural hair. The hair can be styled easily with your favourite hair styling tools including blow dryers, curling irons and straighteners. Other hair textures are the body wave, curly hair, loose wave, loose curls, kinky curly, and etc.

For those who are looking for hair closures, you can check the hair websites such as maxglamhair.com for the silk base closures. These closures textures are deep wave, body wave and straight hair. The silk base closures are made with hair strands embedded into a nude, skin-like silk material that is reinforced with lace. Silk closures tend to last longer and it doesn't require any bleaching. Wearing a silk base closure will ensure the wearer of the most natural looking hair.

Large Sunflowers In Cameron Highlands

This post is the continuation of our recent Cameron Highland trip. After we have checked out from the apartment, we made a last stop at the "Last Stop" garden before we proceed to drive all the way down to the lowland. There were many big sunflowers to welcome us. Sunflowers in front of the garden and sunflowers inside the garden. The sunflowers were really big!
Just look at this sunflower!
These sunflowers really brighten up the day!
A friend placed his hand to show the size of the sunflower.
More sunflowers inside the garden.
This extra large sunflower is really big and tall!
Giant sunflower! I haven't seen such big sunflowers!

Christ also suffered.
He died once for the sins of all us guilty sinners
although he himself was innocent of any sin at any time,
that he might bring us safely home to God.
But though his body died, his spirit lived on...

Grill Lamb & Seafood Spaghetti At Tea Place, Bercham

One Sunday after church, we revisited Tea Place, Bercham for lunch. We decided to try something new.
Hubby ordered the Grilled Lamb Shoulder @ MYR 15.90
I ordered this White Sauce Seafood Spaghetti @ MYR 6.90
We shared a glass of Orange Juice @ MYR 4.90
This shot was taken in the vicinity of the Ipoh Railway Station.
 It was a bright morning.
Ipoh Railway Station.
The first Ipoh Railway station was constructed in 1894.
This current (2nd) station and hotel was construction in 1914 to replace the 1st station. Due to material shortage and escalating costs of labour during the Great War, the station was finally completed in 1917.

In the same way,
we can see and understand only a little about God now,
as if we were peering at his reflection in a poor mirrow;
but someday we are going to see him in his completeness,
face-to-face.
Now all that I know is hazy and blurred,
but then I will see everything clearly,
just as clearly as God sees into my heart right now.

Steamed Silver Or White Pomfret For Dinner

We woke up to a beautiful Monday morning! Due to the wet season, we have not been walking regularly. This was one of the dry morning, so we got ready and was out of the house by 6.40 am.
Dawn sky
After our morning walk and breakfast, we went home. We had an appointment for the UniFi installation. We have finally decided to switch from the Streamyx to one of the UniFi packages.
It took us a long time to decide but finally we did it. The installation was fast.

My neighbour gave me a white or silver pomfret one late evening and I kept it in the freezer. I totally forgot about it until hubby reminded me of the fish.
This is the white or silver pomfret from my neighbour. It was nicely cleaned and frozen when given to me. So I just thawed and rinsed it and it was ready for cooking. I rub a little salt over the whole fish. Cut some old ginger into strips and steamed it over boiling water. It was quite a big fish, bigger than my palm with wide spread fingers. I set my kitchen timer to 15 minutes.
After steaming for about 12 to 13 minutes, I poured a mixture of light soya sauce, scallop sauce, sesame oil and Chinese cooking wine over the fish. I let the fish steam for another 1 to 2 minutes until the kitchen timer gave off the alarm.
Before serving, I garnished the fish with spring onions from my garden and crispy pre-fried onions. The fish was steamed just right and thanks to our neighbour, the fish was very delicious.
While the fish was steaming, I stir-fried this dish. This is Chinese cabbage and carrot stir fried with dried prawns and garlic with a little sea salt and some water. We ate the above 2 dishes with some steamed rice.
And now I end this post with a beautiful yellow rose.
Wishing all my readers a beautiful and a blessed new week!

Praise the Lord! For all who fear God and
trust in him are blessed beyond expression.
Yes, happy is the man who delights in doing his commands.

Late Dinner At Restoran Seng Chan, Jelapang.

On this particular hot evening quite some time ago, none of us felt like eating rice for dinner and wanted something light. I have heard from a friend that there is one place in Jelapang where the food is quite good. I called up this friend to ask about the exact location and coincidentally, she and her family haven't had their dinner yet. That was how we ended up having dinner at the same place.
These crispy fried bean curd sheet is everyone's favourite.
It looks like a lot here but it is only 6 pieces for 6 people.
Stuffed tofu and fish balls.
Stuffed okra/ladies fingers and broccoli.
Curry pig's skin in curry soup.
I gave this a miss, never a fan of pig's skin.
All the above shared by 6 people.
And this is my bowl of curry flat rice noodle with bean sprouts.

We were here at about 8 pm, past the usual dinner time.

The following photos are for joining Saturday's Critters.
One evening we were at a roadside stall enjoying satay (bbq chicken meat) and this cat caught my attention.
The cat came near to our table to get my attention.
Then it walked a short distance away from our table.
Then it turned and sat down facing me. As if to show me,
"This is how we cats clean and groom ourselves."

That, by the way, is what baptism pictures for us:
In baptism we show that we have been saved from
death and doom by the resurrection of Christ;
not because our bodies are washed clean by the water
but because in being baptized we are turning to God and
asking him to cleanse our hearts from sin.

Steamed Prawns & Stir Fry Chinese Mustard For Dinner

One Friday evening, hubby was in the vicinity of the evening market in our area and he happened to pass by the fish stall. He came home with a kilogram of big seawater prawns. I kept half in the freezer and used half to cook for dinner.  I have not been cooking regularly. Not surprising that my mind went blank when I looked at the prawns. In the end, I peeled off the shells, leaving the tails intact.
This lazy me decided to steam the prawns. I marinated the prawns with salt, sugar, pepper, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, oyster sauce, sesame oil and Chinese cooking wine before I steamed the prawns. Fortunately, the prawns tasted good for both of us, no complaint.
I cooked Chinese mustard (gai choy) with garlic, ginger slices, chicken gizzard and liver and when all is cooked, I add in the egg, stirred and dished out to serve. That lone egg has been sitting in my fridge for some time. We ate these 2 dishes with steamed rice.
