Delicious Dinner At Restoran Hooray Seafood, Ipoh

Even though this restaurant is a bit far from our area, we made another visit together with a friend who expressed an interest in wanting to taste the food there. It was a Friday evening and we reached the restaurant before 6.30 pm.
This is a very appetizing dish - deep fried marinated pork slices topped with pickled onions. This is highly recommended as we have tasted this on our first visit.
Another delicious and flavourful dish - Savoury chicken in clay pot. They named this dish Lap Sup Kai in Cantonese, meaning Rubbish Chicken. Lol! What a weird name for a dish! I guess it is because of the many spices and ingredients they put into the dish.

Sweet potato leaves in a clay pot - another tasty dish.

This place is worth coming back.

  11. Such a cute little lizard. Do they harm your plants, or do they just eat the bugs that do? I must say that at 6:30 on a Friday, you cannot find a seat anywhere here without a very long wait. I think we do not have near as many eating places as iPoh does. Why are so many pigeons on the tiles; do they get fed here?
