The tour bus took us to the Jungceylon Shopping Complex at Patong. Before we alighted from the bus, we were told to return to the bus by a certain time and if we were late, the bus will not wait for us and we will have to take a "Tuk Tuk" transport to get us back to Patong Beach. Some shopaholics may get so carried away and forget the time!
From the Big C Extra supermarket, we walked to the Robinson Department Store.

Caught sight of the older version of "Tuk Tuk" transport inside the department store.
Inside the store, there is a food court where we ordered something to eat.
I didn't take any picture of the tom yam noodle and beef balls.
After lunch, we did some window shopping and came across these scary aliens.
A big tricycle
A colourful clown twisting some balloons.
Little girl and mommy waiting for the balloon.
These seniors also want to have a free sugar candy!
He got a cute yellow sugar kitty!
A purple bear, a pink kitty and a brown monkey!
All of us got back onto the bus on time, so none was left behind!
Back at Patong Beach
The boat was waiting to take us back to the cruise ship.
Before we left Patong Beach, took another snapshot of these messy power cables.
4.15 pm - walking on the bridge to the boat waiting for us.

When will we see you again?
Goodbye to Phuket!
Here ends our short excursion on Phuket island.

The following photos are for joining Saturday's Critters.
These critters pictures were taken at a nursing home in Ipoh
A mother hen on a plank and 2 geese on the ground.
During the day, these watch dogs are caged and let loose when night falls.
This little doggie is so very fierce.
These chickens are free to roam within the enclosure.

DeleteA very interesting place to visit Nancy. I often wonder with all those wires like that, don't they ever short out and create a fire?
ReplyDeleteBack on the ship is always the best after an excursion. Rest and have a drink. See ya.
