Iced Ci Kong Or Leng Chee Kang Dessert in Johor Bahru.

Even though it was a cloudy day, the weather was very warm and humid. We were thinking of something cold and refreshing. Our friends took us to this place where there are lots of snacks and desserts sold by the roadside.
There are many varieties of dessert to choose from.
Here in JB, I heard that ice kacang with chocolate is very popular.
For me, I ordered this Leng Chee Kang or referred to as Ci Kong in JB.
The treasure combination is buried under the ice shaving.
Some of the treasures are dried longan, winter fungus, ginkgo nuts, etc.
Love to munch on these treasures and enjoy the cold sweet drink going down the throat.

Went to check out the swimming pool on one of the upper floors where we stayed.
It was a good day to enjoy a swim.
These mini jacuzzi or water jets help you to relax.

  6. Refreshing! I love leng chee kang. It's my favourite afternoon thirst quencher if I'm at a hawker centre.

  16. Haven't heard of chocolate in ice kacang before.

Somehow JB has foods that aren't common in KL. I'm thinking of their goreng pisang being served with the sambal kicap and the cakoi with rojak kind of sauce.
