We planned to end our 1 day trip with dinner at Nam Hing Loong Restaurant, Temoh. After our lunch at Hutan Melintang, we noted that it will be too early to have dinner in Temoh. According to my friend, the restaurant has changed its business hours to 12 afternoon right up to 10 pm. I also came to know that there is a coffee shop in Temoh that sells yummy steamed buns.
We reached Temoh just after 4 pm. We went straight to the coffee shop and were told that the steamed buns were not ready yet. Our orders were taken down and we were told to collect the steamed buns after our dinner.
At the restaurant, we were not the only early birds because there was another group before us. We have heard about their signature crunchy pork knuckle. We were happy that that day the pork knuckles were available and need not have to pre-order.
Crunchy Skin Pork Knuckles served with 2 types of sauce.
I especially enjoyed the sauce on the left, goes well with the pork knuckles.
We ordered a small portion of spicy stir fried "sang cheong" (intestine/fallopian tubes). This is an exotic dish to some. Some loves it, some won't touch it.
A small portion of stuffed tofu and vegetables.
Stir fried wild ferns with spicy prawn paste.
Dinner for 4 people costs us RM 74.40
(including rice and drinks)
Evening sky @ 6.20 pm
After collecting our take away steamed buns, we started our drive back to Ipoh.
Glimpse of the setting sun through the branches.

The picture below was taken one evening after coming out from a restaurant in Ipoh. This big golden cloud looked like it was descending down on us.
Linking to Skywatch Friday & Friday Bliss.
"I didn't know he was the one," John said again,
"but at the time God sent me to baptize he told me,
'When you see the Holy Spirit descending and resting upon someone
- he is the one you are looking for.
He is the one who baptizes with the Holy Spirit.'
I saw it happen to this man,
and I therefore testify that he is the Son of God."
