Dinner At Restoran Sembilan Tiga Due (932), Menglembu.

The weather is getting hotter and I am spending less time in the garden. As far as possible I try to avoid going outdoor during the day.
Temperature is 27 deg C at 10:00 am with the highest at 35 C!
I prefer to stay home with the fan full speed.
Most nights sleeping with the air con on. Sometimes it rains.
When it gets too hot, there will be no cooking in my kitchen.
We had the following dishes for dinner @ Restoran 932, Menglembu.
Deep fried tofu topped with minced pork, chopped salted radish, garlic, etc.
Sambal belacan paku pakis.
Fern heads with spicy prawn paste & pieces of fried lard.
Braised jiggling pork belly served with steamed buns (mantou).
Free soup - each person gets 2 meat balls.

Sharing some pictures of plants from my friend's garden.
Passion fruit flower.
These look like spider lily plants but they have yellow leaves?
Are they of the same family?
Spider lily?
Both look similar but their leaves are of different colours.

Now your attitudes and thoughts
must all be constantly changing for the better.
Yes, you must be a new and different person, holy and good.
Clothe yourself with this new nature.

    1. I don't mind a little bit of fat sticking to the lean meat but not in big portion.

  4. Lovely sunny photos, but I can imagine how hot it must be for you. It's good that you have air condition in your home and that you can go out for something to eat or buy take away instead of cooking. The lilies and passion flower plants are beautiful. Have a lovely day Nancy.

  11. I had masses of spider lilies in the garden in South Africa, I really miss them here though I guess they would survive in the green house. Take care Diane

  13. I have seen the flower but never know it was the passion fruit flower! There are spider lilies in neighbourhood but they aren’t yellow leaves. The weather is getting warmer with each passing day here and at same time the summer sea breeze soothes so it didn't affect much now.

  18. The weather has been crazy over. One day it is gloomy, the next day, the sun is shining warm. Just read news yesterday that Kuching going to have more rains than usual in coming weeks.

Stay hydrated and do stay indoor more. I heard some hot spots in WM and quite a concern.

  19. No way do you want to cook when it's that hot, and with such good meals available at restaurants, you don't have to.

Lovely flowers, whatever they all are.
