Breakfast With Friends At Restoran Hao Hao, Menglembu

We were walking at the park when hubby received a call from a friend.
 Morning sky at 7:05 am
Our friend called to inform that they will be joining us at the park and later to have breakfast together.
 7:20 am
Looking forward to meeting up and having breakfast together.
2 bowls of wine chicken noodles for 2 friends.
As I have tried the delicious wine chicken noodle on my previous visit, this time I ordered fish noodle with bitter melon slices and special request to add wine. I enjoyed it very much.
Tasty pig's stomach noodle for hubby and friend.

We had some light snack and fruits for lunch and waited for dinner.
The evening was very warm and we were not feeling hungry.
We just ordered chapati (Indian flat bread) and Chinese tea for dinner.
 Fragrant Gardenia from my garden.
Photo taken in the early morning when it was still dark.

I could ask the darkness to hide me and
the light around me to become night -
but even in darkness I cannot hide from you.
To you the night shines as bright as day.
Darkness and light are the same to you.

    1. Actually by the time our friends finished their walk at the park, it was not very early when they reached the restaurant.

  5. The sky looks lovely at sunrise. I am glad you enjoyed breakfast with friends. My stomach rebels if I try to eat before 10am, but as long as I have my coffee all is good. The gardenia is pretty and I imagine that it smells wonderful.

  12. I love the fragrance of a gardenia!! I have a bush but no gardenias.....we are both struggling. The bush tries hard and I keep moving it around trying to find a place it is comfortable in. Good thing it's in a pot or it would have died years ago!

    1. I think gardenia needs sunlight. It was not doing well in semi shade. Now with more sunlight, it is beginning to do well again.
