Brunch At Texas Chicken Drive Through, Canning Garden, Ipoh.

Today (31st August), we are celebrating our nation's National Day. There is heavy traffic on the road and eateries are packed with people.
A friend passed by this area and send me this snapshot.
I can't remember where I took this snapshot.
Took this at one of the shopping mall.
 At the same shopping mall.

Last Sunday after church, we had our brunch at this newly opened Texas Chicken drive through place.
This is the 2nd outlet in Ipoh.
On the left is the drive through.
We ordered a set with 3 pieces chicken for hubby and I to share.
The set include a honey cheese biscuit and I ordered additional 3 pieces biscuits.
Took home the extra 2 pieces biscuits.
The set includes a coleslaw and free flow soft drink.
Found this insect in my garden.
It was resting on an eggplant leaf.

Linking to Saturday's Critters.

Christ has already entered there.
He is resting from his work, just as God did after the creation.
Let us do our best to go into that place of rest, too,
being careful not to disobey God as the children of Israel did,
thus failing to get in.
(Hebrews 4:10-11, The Living Bible-TLB)

  2. We get our chicken from Kentucky Fried Chicken, the home of Colonel Sanders. On TV there are so many different people showing up as Colonel Sanders. One day I even saw a woman dressed up as the Colonel. It was weird.
Now tht bug was very weird. I hate bugs & spiders. YUK! See ya Nancy.

    1. It is a unique insect. I don't mind as long as it is not a pest that destroys my plants.

    1. No, I didn't. This new outlet is further away, the one in town is nearer for us if we want to enjoy Texas Chicken.
