Dinner With Foodie Friends At New TS VIP Restaurant, Ipoh

On this Friday morning, we faithfully did our usual 6 rounds of walking at the park because that evening we will be joining another foodie group for dinner.
Lovely pink sky over the park - 7:05 am
From pink it slowly changed to pinkish orange - 7:10 am.
No more pink or orange by 7:20 am.

Our 2nd time having dinner at New TS VIP Restaurant, Ipoh. This dinner was because of a FAVE promotion. It was a 7 course Chinese dinner at RM 188.
 Curry Chicken Bread
Starting to cut the bread.
Bread cut into pieces and unwrapping of the foil.
Light fluffy bread is nice for dipping into curry gravy.
We enjoyed the bread and the curry gravy very much.
Steamed red Tilapia with savoury sauce.
Tofu with minced meat topping and blanched veggie.
Thin crispy pork belly with sticky sauce.
 Blanched okra or lady's fingers.
Steamed eggs "sam wong tan" (fresh chicken egg, century egg & salted egg)
Soup
Dinner for 9 people.
This is our 1st Fave Pay Promotion dinner.
Looking forward to the next dinner gathering.

But our homeland is in heaven, where our Savior,
the Lord Jesus Christ, is;
and we are looking forward to his return from there.
When he comes back, he will take these dying bodies of ours
and change them into glorious bodies like his own,
using the same mighty power that he will use
to conquer all else everywhere.

    1. This bread is quite popular here. For the curry, sometimes we choose prawns instead of chicken depending on the restaurant.

  21. It is difficult for me to accept aluminum being wrapped in a big bun and baked. TM warned about the dangers of aluminum in his post once.

    1. Yes, I know about the danger of using aluminium in our cooking. Sometimes, when we are eating outside, it is not easy to avoid especially when with friends.
