Prawns & Pineapple Curry For Dinner

We have been skipping our early morning quite often these days due to the monsoon season. There are mornings when we woke up to find it raining outside. This is one of the mornings when we get to walk at the park. A lovely sunrise for a brand new day.
 The rising of the sun.
Reflection of the rising sun in the lake.

From the rising of the sun to the place where it sets,
the name of the LORD is to be praised.
(Psalm 113:3, New International Version-NIV)

Out of the blue, I had this craving for prawns and pineapple curry.
I had prawns in the fridge and all I needed was to buy a pineapple.
This prawns and pineapple curry is very appetizing because it is sweet and sourish. Just looking at this picture makes me drool.
I also cooked yam (taro) with dried prawns, garlic and spring onions.
I have lots of sweet potato leaves and I just have to harvest some from my garden to cook with spicy prawn paste. I can eat lots of vegetables since I didn't cook any rice.
My tiny purple orchid flowers.

  3. Sometimes the seasons doesn't permit us to get out and enjoy nature and the weather like we would like. You managed to get some nice sky photos anyway and the food as always looks delicious. Have a blessed November.
