Beef Noodles & Glutinous Rice Dumplings

On this particular morning, we were looking forward to have breakfast with our friends.
The weather was nice and cool.
We drove to Bercham for the beef noodles and our favourite glutinous rice dumplings (bak chang).
A bowl of beef noodles.
A bowl of beef soup without noodles
Hubby and I shared the above 2 bowls and our friends ordered the same too.
I requested for the coriander leaves to be served separately. I love coriander leaves but hubby doesn't. After breakfast, we bought 2 dumplings for lunch.
I have shifted my hibiscus plants to a place with more sunlight. To show that they are loving their new place, they are now blooming happily.
The 2 dumplings were steamed for our lunch.
Dumpling or bak chang with wrapper removed.
Glutinous rice dumpling with mushroom, meat, beans, and salted egg yolk.
This is by far the best dumpling I have tasted.
Exhibit at the National Museum.
Parang "Barong" or "Barong" Machete.
These were used by the warriors during the war in Sabah, earth 19th century.

We use God's mighty weapons, not worldly weapons,
to knock down the strongholds of human reasoning
and to destroy false arguments.
(2 Corinthians 10:4, New Living Translation-NLT)
