First, here are some snapshots I took one morning at the recreational park. One of the things I enjoy at the park besides walking is taking snapshots of sunrises and sunsets. I also check out if there is anything to buy from the temporary stalls such as vegetables, fruits, and whatever I need, all to my convenience.

In this post, I am sharing some of the food we eat for breakfast. These are just a few because there are many, many more choices out there. These food can also be eaten for lunch, dinner or in between according to individual's preference.
Curry noodle
Roti chapati (Indian flat bread) with spicy sambal.
Dim sum items.
Steamed glutinous rice with sweet grated coconut.
Beef soup on its own or with noodles.
Pan Mee or noodles either in soup or dry version.
Wonton noodle or noodle with dumplings with stewed pork ribs.
Last but not least, steamed flat rice noodle (chee cheong fun), with or without sauce.
One evening I found this little insect on the floor in my living room. I scooped it up with a piece of floor and flipped it out of the window to set it free.
This dog was ready to pose for my camera when suddenly it got distracted by an itch in its leg. It is a very friendly dog. Once it nudged me gently with its nose when I walked past.
Linking to Saturday's Critters.
But whoever catches a glimpse of the revealed counsel of God
- the free life! - even out of the corner of his eye, and sticks with it,
is no distracted scatterbrain but a man or woman of action.
That person will find delight and affirmation in the action.

Wonderful morning skies!
ReplyDeleteFoods are so delicious!
Thank you, Evi.
DeleteThose are some seriously beautiful skies.
ReplyDeleteOne thing i have never understood is why some foods are considered for certain meals and not others. If you wake up and want something that's not "breakfast food", so what? Unless it is not healthy food (like wanting candy or ice cream every day for breakfast would be not healthy), go ahead and eat what you like.
The friendly dog may be nudging you to get petted.
Happy Saturday!
Thank you, Mimi.
DeleteNice sky 😊 thanks for your sharing 😊
ReplyDeleteThank you, dear.
DeleteHello Nancy, Beautiful sky captures. The food looks delicious. I love the cute dog, reminds me of my old yellow labrador. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Happy Saturday, enjoy your weekend. PS, thank you for the visit and comment on my blog.

Thank you, Jeevan.
DeleteLooks like interesting food that could be eaten at any time of the day. In Hawaii, all dogs must be on a leash when outdoors to protect people from being bitten or jumped on.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Gigi.
DeleteI need to join you.
ReplyDeleteYou are most welcome.
DeleteIt's good to be up early enough to catch the dawn or sunrise. You start the day with a good breakfast. My husband and I start with a mug of English breakfast tea then later toast and marmalade and coffee. An interesting bug and you were kind to set it free.
ReplyDeleteWe do enjoy your kind of breakfast.
DeleteI would love to eat the chee cheong fun. Do get well done!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Mun. I am well now.
DeleteI hope you know I love your sunrise/sunset pics...these are wonderful...I think the second and last are my favorites this time...but it is hard to choose.
ReplyDeleteI wonder what kind of bug/beetle that was. If I get time later and remember, I am going to look and see if I can find out. I don't remember seeing one like that before.
Thank you, Rose.
DeleteThe sun coming up photos are lovely.
ReplyDeleteLot's of choices for your breakfast.
