Hand Made Noodles (Pan Mee) For Breakfast

It was a Saturday morning and we were waiting for our friends to come pick us up for breakfast. We are usually up early and I will sweep the porch area and water the plants in my garden.

For breakfast, we went back to the place in Menglembu new township which a friend recommended. I didn't take a snapshot of the shop front with its signboard. It is a corner shop and I can only remember it as "Weng Seng" (formerly Restoran Mei Hoe), located at 15, Persianran Kledang Timur 21, Menglembu. We like the hand made noodles (pan mee) sold there. This round, all 4 of us ordered from the same stall.
Friend A ordered the hand torn hand made noodle in soup. (Ingredients: hand torn noodle, vegetable, minced meat, fried anchovies, and 2 meat balls)
I ordered the thin machine cut hand made noodle in soup. I also ordered Kopi C kosing that is served with a biscuit.
Ingredients: noodle, green vegetables, 2 meat balls, minced meat & fried anchovies.
Hubby and Friend B ordered spicy hand made noodle (dry version) with chili flakes. It is served with minced meat and fried anchovies.
Both the dried version was served with a bowl of soup separately. The meat balls and green vegetables come in the soup.
This spicy dry version is my favourite. We need not have to drive to the other side of town to get this noodle.
We also ordered 2 types of add-ons.
4 pieces of deep fried crunchy bean curd sheets.
Another add-on: 4 Fuchow fish balls with minced meat filling.

For the Lord grants wisdom!
His every word is a treasure of knowledge and understanding.
He grants good sense to the godly - his saints.
He is their shield, protecting them and guarding their pathway.
He shows how to distinguish right from wrong,
how to find the right decision every time.
For wisdom and truth will enter the very center of your being,
filling your life with joy.
(Proverbs 2:6-10, The Living Bible-TLB)
