Simple Steamed Chocolate Cake & Roast Chicken Leg

Woke up to find that it was raining in the early hours of the morning. No lovely sunrise, only gray sky.

Morning sky at 7:05 am - no sunrise in sight.

On the opposite side, Kledang Hill covered with mist.

Opposite my house, gray sky.

Breakfast on Monday, 20th day MCO.

My breakfast

Pan fried 2 sausages, 3 pieces of bacon, 1 egg and 2 pieces of bread.

 I passed over 1 sausage and 1 piece of bacon to hubby.

Hubby went out to buy "wat tan hor" or flat rice noodle with egg gravy.

Breakfast for 2.

The early morning rain helped to water my plants.

Lunch

I boiled sweet porridge with red beans and black glutinous rice.

I blessed my neighbours (2 young ladies) with some.

Dinner

Homemade roast chicken legs with vegetables

(potatoes, carrot, onions and cauliflowers)

2 bowls of mushroom soup.

Very satisfying and delicious dinner.

Tengkolok DiRaja / Royal Headdress

The royal headdress has been an integral part of the royal regalia of the Malay Rulers over the centuries. The royal headdress worn by His Majesty the Yang DiPertuan Agong is black in colour with gold embroidery and its solek is called the 'Dendam Tak Sudah' originated from Negeri Sembilan. On the front of the headdress is affixed with a crescent and a star in white gold within which is the national emblem of Malaysia.
