Yesterday morning, after our morning walk, hubby went out on his motorbike to buy breakfast. He wanted his favourite mee jawa from Restoran Tet Shin.
Mee Jawa in stainless steel Tiffin carrier for hubby.
I ate a piece of bread with the remaining pineapple jam and a cup of hot Nescafe.
Hubby went out and came back with the above big dragon fruit.
His friend gave it to him.
~~~~~
Fruits from our trip to the nearby supermarket.
I bought 2 pineapples at RM 2.99 each.
I am planning to make pineapple jam again.
A pack of 5 Green kiwifruits @ RM 11.99
And 1 golden dragon mango for RM 3.64 (RM 5.99 / kg)
In the afternoon, I boiled red beans sweet porridge (tong sui) and gave some to my neighbour.
Just before dinner, my neighbour gave us 2 big pears (above).
Last night's dinner was a simple one. We had steamed rice and the remaining portion of vegetable curry. That's all.
White Lily from my garden.
Have a good day.
Have a good day.
Purify me from my sins, and I will be clean;
wash me, and I will be whiter than snow.
(Psalm 51:7, New Living Translation-NLT)
All so healthy and fresh looking!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Ginny. Happy weekend.
DeleteThe pears are korean pears?
ReplyDeleteYes, big brown Korean pears.
Deletereally a lot of fruits! ur neighbours are so generous to share the imported Korean pears....
ReplyDeleteYes, we are good neighbours. We look out for each other and we also bless one another. I usually bless them with home cooking and they will bless me with other items because they do not cook.
DeleteThat is a white anthurium Lily? I googled white Lily looks different.
ReplyDeleteThere are many types of white lilies. I think this is similar to the white peace lilies.
DeleteLong time I didn't eat Mee Jawa. I love all your fruits and food. The two big pears should be imported pears and very expensive too. Are they imported from south Korea as the words on them look like from there?
ReplyDeleteYes, looks like Korean pears.
There are 2 types. One has red flesh and the other white flesh.
DeleteYou must really like the pineapple jam to want to make some more. Your hubby's mee jawa reminds me that I have not eaten mee jawa for so long. The uncle selling at the coffee shop nearby has not started business yet.
ReplyDeleteThe pineapple jam is really nice. Both my friend and neighbour too love the jam.
