Starting 1st August (yesterday, 137th day MCO), it is a must to wear a face mask when in public and crowded places. We are also to observe physical distancing and before we enter any premise, we have to write down our names and contact number or scan the QR code with our mobile phone. These are the 3 main things we must follow if we do not want to pay the RM1,000.00 fine.
We passed by this unique house on our morning walk.
Passers-by will not miss this house.

We had breakfast with friends in Bercham.
After breakfast, we decided to visit the market.
We found a few stalls selling fabric masks.
I ended up paying RM10 for these 2 masks.
On Sunday morning, I saw a stall selling face mask in my area. I bought 4 pieces for my friend and her husband @ RM6 each.
Masks for children.
Masks for my friend and her husband.
Instead of putting on makeup, we cover our face with face mask.
The people were stubborn, and something still keeps them
from seeing the truth when the Law is read.
Only Christ can take away the covering that keeps them from seeing.
(2 Corinthians 3:14, Contemporary English Version-CEV)
Great idea having to do that before entering a premises.
ReplyDeleteLike the masks, at least they are washable.
We here on this Island are doing ok so far, no cases at the moment..
Thank you, Margaret. Good to know that your island is doing good without any case. Have a great week.
DeleteOh so many choices and nice ones too in your area... actually more comfortable wearing these to the surgical mask but then not as safe la... hahaha...
ReplyDeleteFabric mask should be sufficient for the time being since we are not in the red zone areas. We can wash and reuse the fabric masks which is good for the environment. I have seen disposable masks discarded all over the places and contributing to the amount of garbage.
DeleteI prefer the fabric masks...good for the planet and so many choices!
ReplyDeleteI too prefer the fabric masks but they are thicker than the disposable masks.
Delete...masks will be a fact of life for a long time.
ReplyDeleteThe new normal and we better get used to wearing mask.
DeleteI have made all of ours, 3 each now so they can be washed between use. Keep well and have a good week, Diane
ReplyDeleteI have thought of making our own masks but then these masks are quite cheap, so it is more convenient to buy them.
DeleteI try not to go out unless necessary. Do you wash the mask after each use? So for your morning walk, need to wear masks or not?
ReplyDeleteYes, we wash the mask. We don't wear mask for morning walk bcos the streets are deserted except for hubby and myself. But when we near the shops, we put on our masks.
DeleteI m stil using the disposable mask. Such a variety of cloth mask tht caters to different ages group.
ReplyDeleteWe have both the disposable and fabric masks. Keeping the disposable masks as spares.
DeleteWe should do something similar to curb the cases in Hawaii.
ReplyDeleteIts troublesome but it is for our own good.
Deletelook fantastic
ReplyDeleteThank you, Aleksandra.

Thank you and have a wonderful week.
DeleteIt is good to have the option of buying masks..
ReplyDeleteI took a long time choosing from the many masks.
DeleteI approve the application of fines if not using masks in public spaces.
ReplyDeleteI am often surprised to see many people neglecting the safety of their health.
Now majority are wearing to avoid paying the fine.
DeleteThe face masks are so colourful and cute, we also face a fine of S$300 if we do not wear mask.
ReplyDeleteOver here the fine is RM1000.
