Clams Cooked Thai Style, Prawns and Pineapple Noodle.

I like the fried noodle (Indian style) from the roadside stall very much. I went back to the same stall to buy the fried noodle again. This time, I bought 1 packet of fried rice vermicelli, 1 packet fried yellow mee + flat rice noodle and 1 packet of nasi lemak for hubby.
I ate this packet of noodle and hubby ate the nasi lemak at our regular coffee shop with our coffee.
Pretty purple flowers by the roadside.
Saw this pair of chickens on the concrete wall of a house.

Home cooked lunch
A friend helped us buy 1 kg of clams @ RM10 from the wholesale market.
I used the clams or lala to cook a very appetizing dish Thai style.
Hubby and I shared this packet of fried rice vermicelli bought from the morning roadside stall.
Fried 2 fishes given by our fried, paired with the sambal belacan.
This was our simple lunch.
We had Jack fruit for dessert @ RM3 per packet.

Simple home cooked dinner
I cooked dried Cintan noodle to eat with the previous day's Prawns + pineapple curry.
Simple home cooked dinner for 2 people.
I love this curry with pineapple.
Hope to cook this curry again soon.

when my heart is in turmoil,
quiet me and give me renewed hope and cheer.

    1. Pineapple with noodle is unusual but it is the curry gravy that binds them together.
