Black Vinegar Pig's Leg & Pan Fried Prawn With Sambal Dried Prawn.

I am back to my home cooking. As long as I can harvest something from my garden, I will try to cook something for dinner. I harvested some Chinese chives and Malabar Spinach from my garden to cook for the 1st dinner which we shared with friends.

1st Dinner

I fried egg omelette with the Chinese chives.
I cooked Black Vinegar Pig's Leg with wood fungus, black beans and ginger.
Blanched Malabar Spinach and drizzled with garlic oil, oyster and soy sauce.
My friend contributed Petai with prawn sambal.

Next day, we received 2 white corns from our friends.
Steamed sweet white corns for lunch. Very sweet and juicy.

2nd Dinner
Trying to clear whatever vegetable from the fridge.
Home cooked dinner for 2 people.
Steamed home grown eggplants or aubergine and spread with sambal dried prawn paste.
Pan fried prawns and mixed with sambal dried prawn paste.
Steamed home grown red and green okras and served with sambal belacan.
Bauhinia Kockiana flowers from my garden.
