We went to a food court to buy my favourite curry puffs but all were sold out. On the way home, we stopped for lunch at Restoran Sri Taman Mas, Falim.
Another disappointment, roast duck sold out.
So no choice but to order bbq pork & roast pork.
~~~~~
Home cooked dinner.
I cooked curry with pork ribs, potatoes and pineapple.
After the curry is cooked, I gave some to my neighbour.
Chinese or Napa cabbage, spring onions sauteed with garlic.
Noodle for hubby and wholemeal bread for me.
When I was younger, I can eat many slices of bread dipped in curry.
How can a young man stay pure?
By reading your Word and following its rules.
I have tried my best to find you -
don't let me wander off from your instructions.
I have thought much about your words and
stored them in my heart so that
they would hold me back from sin.
(Psalm 119:9-11, The Living Bible-TLB)
DeleteWah the roast duck must be popular to be sold out. Curry puffs are also very popular to be sold out too. Love your pork ribs pineapple curry dish and napa cabbage dish! Did you use fresh pineapple or canned pineapple?
ReplyDeleteThank you, Mun. I prefer to use fresh pineapple.
DeleteI haven't learn to enjoy eating bread with curry, but give me capati or roti canai, that would be yummy!
ReplyDeleteBread, capati or roti canai is good for me.
DeleteWell the porky options look decent.
ReplyDeleteCurry does pair well with noodles, rice, bread.
Thank you, Stacy.
DeleteI like to eat bread with curry too. We seldom cook pork ribs with curry, usually is curry chicken or curry fish head.
ReplyDeleteI was sort of bored with curry chicken so I made pork ribs.
