Our Saturday Dinner Before Attending Church.

We usually take our dinner in Ipoh Garden (Gourmet Square) whenever we attend Saturday Church evening celebration. There are many choices to choose from but we seemed to be ordering the same items from the same few stalls. So on this particular Saturday evening, I decided to order something new to try. I took a walk and look at the stalls to see if anything catches my eyes. I came to a stall selling different kinds of pasta.
I ended up ordering this pasta with chicken cubes.
I can't remember the price. Taste wise not bad.
Then on the way back to my table, I stopped to order a dozen of these dumplings with different types of filling to share with hubby.
Hubby ended up with his usual "lam mee" (yellow noodle in plain soup with prawns and chicken slices),
These photos were taken on our way out for dinner at about 6.15 pm. The sun is setting on the right side.
This is Silibin Road (Jalan Silibin), Ipoh.
On the left is the Catholic Church.
Church Of Our Lady Of Lourdes, Jalan Silibin, Ipoh.

Linking to Skywatch Friday.

    1. Hi Ralph, I have been inside once to witness my ex-colleague's wedding but it was conducted in the Tamil language which I do not understand at all. But it was a nice experience. I can't remember how the windows look like because its been many years.

  14. The Catholic church is beautiful, with the setting sun making it shine. The pasta and chicken looks so good, this is American food and we make dishes just like it. I would love the dumplings too. Dumplings are big around here. Steamed dumplings.
