Mixed Fruit Cocktail For Lunch & Simple Dinner For A Hot Day.

The weather has been hot (about 32 deg. C) and humid for almost a week now. For the past few months we have been getting heavy downpour, storm and uprooted trees. Now we hardly get any rain, maybe some slight drizzle that can hardly wet the ground. By midday, most of my plants go limp under the scorching sun. We have to sleep with the air conditioner on the whole night.
Early morning sky at about 6.36 am. On our way out for the morning walk.
Sunrise at 6.40 am at the recreational park.
Sunrise at about 6.52 am.
We didn't feel like taking solid food for lunch. So we drove to Menglembu for the cold dessert. We ordered these mixed fruit cocktail.with ice shaving.

We ordered the following dishes for dinner at the hawker centre.
Chicken with wood fungus
Assam curry fish with okra and eggplant.
And blanched veggie with oyster sauce.
We ordered 2 small portion of white rice to eat with these dishes.
Sunset at about 7.00 pm. I took this and the following snapshots when we stopped at the traffic lights.
These clouds look like brush painting.
The beauty of God's creation displayed through the clouds.
Linking to Skywatch Friday.

There's no one quite like you among the gods, O Lord,
and nothing to compare with your works.
All the nations you made are on their way,
ready to give honor to you, O Lord.
Ready to put your beauty on display, parading your greatness.
And the great things you do - God, you're the one,
there's no one but you!
(Psalm 86:8-10, The Message-MSG)
