Dinner In Lawan Kuda At Restoran J.J. Fatt.

It has been many months since we last ate at Restoran J. J. Fatt in Lawan Kuda, Gopeng. The last time we were there was about 8 months ago and you can click here if you want to see what we ate. As usual, we ordered the "must order" fish dishes. One snakehead fish for 2 dishes!
The meaty slices of the fish cooked "kung po" style, big onions, dried chilies, spring onions and sauce. Very tasty dish.
The bony part of the fish cooked in herbal soup. Very flavourful but could do with more wine for extra oomph!
Deep fried chicken with salted egg yolk.
 Egg omelette.
Sambal belacan paku-pakis veggie - stir fried with prawn paste.
The above dinner was for 6 adults.

  15. I am secretly (ok now no more secret) taking notes of the restaurants you share haha. This one would have made it if it had been in Ipoh itself and not Gopeng.

    1. Hi Stacy, if you want to try this restaurant, then you will have to exit the highway for Gopeng when you are travelling from KL or maybe on your way back to KL.

    2. Hmm if it's near the highway exit, that's worth doing.
