On the 26th October, we made another trip to Cameron Highlands for a 2D1N stay. We wanted to get away from the hot weather to enjoy the cool highland air. It rained the night before and the sky was overcast on the 26th morning. I got up very early to water my plants as usual to make sure they will not dry up when I return from our trip.
Time 7.10 am
When all the 6 of us were on board, we started our journey.
It was a nice cool day for travelling as long as it didn't rain.
Driving on the expressway.
The driver missed the turning to Cameron Highland and we have no choice but to proceed to the next toll gate.
We abandoned Plan A (breakfast in Kampung Raja) for Plan B (breakfast in Lawan Kuda).
We ate Gopeng LaiFun at 7.45 am. Plan B was just nice for the 2 friends who haven't tasted the Gopeng LaiFun.
Reaching Cameron Highlands....
Decided to stop at Kampung Raja anyway even though we have had our breakfast.
Just wanted to taste the food here at Restoran Ngow Kee. Hubby and I have been here before, but that was a long, long time ago.
We just wanted a light morning tea for 6 people.
Heard that the Assam Laksa here is good. My friends ordered a bowl to share.
Comment from our friends - okay la.
Wan Tan Hor - 1 single portion for 4 people to try.
We enjoyed this noodle.
Fried vermicelli - 1 single portion for 4 people to share.
We order the fragrant coconuts. This is really fragrant.
Total bill came to MYR 32.00
