Silky Smooth Tofu Fah & Beefy Dinner In Ipoh Town.

One evening hubby was hungry and he wanted to go for an early dinner. We drove out to town and as we neared the shop where we were supposed to go for dinner, I happened to look sideways and saw that the Tofu fah shop was opened. We have been wanting to try this tofu fah but it was closed the two times we went there.

Hubby made a U-turn and drove over to the shop. We were the last few customers before they close for the day. They have the plain tofu fah and you can request for add-on such as red beans, peanuts & sesame, or grass jelly. They also have plain soy bean milk and black bean milk.
For our first visit, I ordered the above 2 bowls to share with hubby.
Tofu fah with ground peanuts and sesame seeds with ginger syrup.
Tofu fah with red beans with ginger syrup
If you don't like ginger syrup, you can choose palm sugar.
Customers can sit on the high stool to enjoy the tofu fah or soy bean milk.
Give your orders to the lady boss.
Or you can order for take away.
 Kedai Miniman Woong Kee.
Jalan Ali Pitchay, Ipoh (current address).
They will be shifting to their new address soon.
Menu and price
Business hours from 1 pm to 6 pm.
Off on Wednesday.
 Relocation notice.
They will be shifting to their new location in 2 months time.

After the tofu fah, we drove to the nearby Restoran Wing Hoong Lapan, Jalan Yang Kalsom for dinner.
I ordered my favourite - beef porridge.
 Hubby ordered his favourite dish.
Beef with young ginger and spring onions and rice.
