A Cat Taking A Drink At The Fountain

As usual we went for our early morning walk at the recreational park. We walked 4 rounds and after that, drove straight to look for my ex-colleague.
Before that, I gave her a call to inform here that we are on the way to her office.
These pictures were taken at about 7.10 am.
When I reached my friend's office, I gave her another call to inform her that we have reached and were waiting at the lobby for her.
I saw this trishaw at the lobby. It was decorated with Malaysian flags in preparation for the National Day celebration.

The following pictures are for joining Saturday's Critters.
Just outside the office entrance, I caught sight of this cat which had jumped on to the garden fountain.
Was it going to take a bath?
Looked like it needed a drink.
It needed to stepped into the water to get a drink.
Good thing the water fountain was not switched on or else it would get wet from the running water.

Linking to Saturday's Critters.

Reverence for the Lord is a fountain of life;
its waters keep a man from death.

  3. Your friend's office lobby looks very colourful with that display for your National Day. The ginger cat must have been very thirsty. Our daughter has a ginger cat and he likes to drink where there's moving water such as from his special water fountain.

  5. Very pretty cat! If the fountain was on, it might have simply drunk by licking at the water that was falling. That’s how my cats drink from the water faucet.
