Penang Trip Ends With Dinner At Kedai Makan Lautan Kang Wan, Ipoh

All the way from Penang to Ipoh, the drive was smooth. Thank God for safe journey and a wonderful getaway in Penang. By the time we reached Ipoh, it was time for dinner. We had dinner together before going back to our own home.

Someone suggested a new place in Falim. We ordered the following for 6 people.
A type of fresh river fish - we had it steamed.
Sambal Petai or stinking beans with minced meat.

Baby kai lan (green veg) stir fried with garlic.
Steamed white tofu.
We chose a table out in the open space.

Mid day sky
By mid day, we can see these dark clouds looming over us.

He bent the heavens down and came to earth;
He walked upon dark clouds.
He rode upon the glorious - on the wings of the wind.

  11. Looks like a lovely place to eat out in the open! I love the fancy red tablecloths, makes it look like inside an expensive restaurant! Very well lit, too. Looks like a lot of people had the same idea.

    1. Sitting in the open space in this cool weather is more comfortable than sitting into the restaurant.

    Your verse reminds me of the weather we had today. It was cold and rainy and the clouds came right down to us.
