We had the following for breakfast after the morning walk.
Kai si hor fun (shredded chicken meat noodle flat rice noodle) for hubby.
Prawn noodle with yellow noodle for me.

We met up with some friends at one of the shopping malls.
Saw this Halloween decoration at the mall.
A young mother was taking a photo of her little girl.

I harvest some green vegetable from my garden to cook for dinner.
 Baby siew pak choy.
The vegetable was blanched with some stubby okras from my garden.
Diced French beans and minced pork with spicy prawn paste.

The following photos were taken before the Lantern Festival at a shopping mall. We were out shopping with friends.
Lanterns from a Lantern Making Competition.
Some were made from angpow packets.
The above was made from cut empty cans.
 Fishes in the aquarium.
Someone was craving for an ice cream and we were treated to the above ice-cream.
Hubby and I shared this Baskin Robbins ice cream.

don't you remember? - pleading with you,
encouraging you and even demanding that your daily lives
should not embarrass God but bring joy to him
who invited you into his Kingdom to share his glory.

    1. Thank you, Mun. Those were my skinny baby siew pak choy. Saw the fishes in the shopping mall, not sure if those are edibles. Can't remember all the flavours. I think pistachio, mint and can't remember the other, could be vanilla.

  8. Una comida con pocas calorías para evitar el aumento de peso. Lo único que tiene más calorías es el helado, con tan sólo dar un buen paseo andando se pueden quemar.

    1. Thank you, Ginny. We don't celebrate Halloween here, just that some shopping malls do put up some decorations.

  13. I'm a fan of cute Halloween deco! Not the spooky ones though, too scary.

Your garden veggies look green and fresh.
