Home Made Peanut Jam & Home Cooked Dinner

These days due to the hot weather we are staying home most of the time. We only go out whenever necessary. One thing we try not to miss is our early morning walk at the park. We walk 5 days and rest 2 days. 1 day to have breakfast with friends and 1 day for church.
 Morning sky at 7:10 am
 7:20 am
This stunning fiery sky shot was taken about 5 mins after the above snapshot.
 7:30 am
Back home outside my house, a pair of birds perched on the electric cable.
This is the best I can get with my smartphone camera.
Someone gave me a packet of salted peanuts. We found it too hard to munch on these peanuts. Instead I used the peanuts to make peanut jam which we can spread on bread.
Vegetable soup for a hot day.
(pork rib, cabbage, carrot, and home grown spring onions)
Home grown snake beans and egg plant cooked with roast pork.
I can eat lots of vegetables with the soup without any rice.
This was our dinner without rice. All the carrot went to my bowl because hubby doesn't like carrot.

Linking to Saturday's Critters.

but with good counselors there is safety.
