Even though we are under MCO, the days seem to pass by so fast. Hubby has been checking the weather forecast. Yesterday (66th day MCO), we had sunny morning followed by heavy downpour in the afternoon.
Lovely sunrise at 7:00 am.
Hubby bought fried vermicelli for breakfast.
We shared this plate of fried noodle.
Hubby and I went to Aeon Big to buy some essentials and also a box of dates. On the way home, we stopped to buy half a roast duck.
I removed the stalks and transferred the dates into a plastic container.
This is half a roast duck.
We ate half for lunch and kept half for dinner.

Home cooked dinner
Steamed eggs: 2 chicken eggs, 1 salted egg, and water. When cooked, sprinkle spring onions, drizzled with garlic oil and soy sauce
Steamed eggplants.
Drizzled with garlic oil and soy sauce. Sprinkle with spring onion.
Roast duck
Home cooked dinner for 2 people.

A friend came over to borrow our big cage. He complained that a civet cat has been stealing their mangoes. The next morning, they found out that they managed to trap the civet cat. The friend let go of the civet car far away from his house and later returned the cage to us. He gave us some mangoes in appreciation for lending them the cage.

DeleteI hope the civet cat can survive far from where s/he used to live. How come you own such a big cage?
ReplyDeleteWe have lots of stray cats in our area. Hubby bought the big cage to trap the stray cats which have become a nuisance e.g. leaving their smelly poo in my garden and scratches on our cars.
DeleteAfter trapping the stray cats, what do you all do with them? Release elsewhere or send to municipal council animal shelter?
DeleteHubby will release the stray cats elsewhere far from our house to make sure they do not find their way back.
