Thunder Tea (Lui Cha) Noodle & Clay Pot Noodle (Po Chai Meen) For Breakfast

The day started with a lovely morning. We overslept and set out on our morning walk later than usual.
Sunrise at 7:26 am
 Sunrise at 7:32 am.
 Clouds with silver lining at 8:13 am.
 Blue sky and fluffy white clouds at 8:15 am.
~~~~~
Stopped for breakfast at one of our regular coffee shop.
 2 cups of unsweetened coffee (kopi-c kosong).
Hand made pan mee in herbal soup (lui cha pan mee) for me.
Yee mee in clay pot (po chai meen).
~~~~~
Home cooked dinner
Yam bean (sengkuang) and carrot cooked with garlic and dried prawns.
Broccoli, home made beef balls and goji berries soup.
Dinner without rice for 2 people.
A lovely and sweet pink colour miniature hibiscus from my garden.

And now, brothers, as I close this letter,
let me say this one more thing:
Fix your thoughts on what is true and good and right.
Think about things that are pure and lovely,
and dwell on the fine, good things in others.
Think about all you can praise God for and be glad about.
(Philippians 4:8, The Living Bible-TLB)
