Noodle, Porridge & Noodle.

I woke up early at about 5:30 am yesterday morning (50th day MCO), and couldn't go back to sleep. I brushed my teeth and washed my face and switched on the PC. I went on youtube.com and play the "walking exercise at home" video and followed the walking exercise. This walking exercise causes me to sweat more than the walking exercise at the park. A good exercise to follow until we can resume the walking exercise at the park.
 Morning sky at 6:57 am.
Just a tinge of pink in the sky.

Breakfast
 My breakfast: biscuits dipped in Nescafe.
 Hubby's breakfast: Fried rice vermicelli from our regular stall.
I taxed 2 mouthful from here.
 Healthy snack: sweet mangoes.
~~~~~
Lunch
 Rice porridge with minced meat, century egg and salted egg.
 Add on: 2 Chinese crullers cut into small pieces and leftover lettuce from yesterday.
 Nice to have rice porridge for a change.
 New snake long bean plants.
 Looking forward to more of these long bean from these plants.
Reflection of the setting sun at 7:23 pm
 The sun has gone behind the hills - 7:23 pm.
Dinner
 I cooked 1 dried Cintan noodle plus leftover rice vermicelli from yesterday and mixed with oyster and soy sauce plus garlic oil.
 We ate the noodle with leftover spicy sambal stinky beans (petai).
Now whatever leftover food has been cleared from my fridge.
Happy to show off my Bauhinia Kockiana blooms again.
Do you want to be truly rich?
You already are if you are happy and good.
    1. The restaurants here are allowed to open but many choose not to. The ones that are open are only allowed for taking away or for food delivery.
  10. I am amazed that your indoor walking exercise could make you sweat buckets. I must check it out.
    It never crossed my mind that bisquits could dip into my nescafe too. I always took them separately. Must try.
    Your long beans really look like grass snakes. Lolol
    1. Please do check out the walking exercises. In fact I sweat more walking at home than in the park. If you like soggy and soft biscuits than ok to dip in your hot drink. That is why the beans are called snake beans. Lol!
  13. How do you cook or fry the rice vermicelli. I'd like to know. When ever I would go to the Chinese place I love the noodles but no one would tell me how they cook the noodles and what they mix them with. Do you know Nancy. Stay safe my friend.
  15. The colour of your nescafe looks like Milo. May you get more long beans. Love your noodles for dinner. Can you please share the link for the walking exercise utub?
    1. The nescafe is light because I use only a tsp of nescafe and 1 scoop of milk powder without sugar added. I usually follow the walking exercise by Leslie Sansone. Here is an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cvEJ5WFk2KE
