Breakfast At Home

It was another wet morning. No choice but to stay home. Feeling hungry, I went to the kitchen to prepare for breakfast.

2 half boiled eggs for hubby.
Milk for hubby and oat+milk for me.
Bread with kaya spread for hubby
Bread with leftover beef rendang for me.
~~~~~
Every time walking back home from our morning walk, we will pass by these Moringa plants planted by the residents in front of their houses.
Moringa leaves can be consumed for its many benefits and nutrition.
Moringa flowers.
Moringa bean also known as drumstick.
The drumsticks are also used for cooking.
The moon was partially hidden by cloud in this image.
Morning sky at 7:45am.
The sun has one kind of glory
while the moon and stars have another kind.
And the stars differ from each other
in their beauty and brightness.
(1 Corinthians 15:41, The Living Bible-TLB)
  1. My previous maid snapped off a moringa branch from a neighbour's plant and tried to plant it. It didn't grow and until now I don't have this plant - was trying to get hold of one but have now forgotten it haha. To clarify, neighbour's plant was in a common area and not in the house.
    1. I too have tried to grow it once. It sprouted new shoot but dried up after a while. Heard from friends that it is good to consume the leaves for its many benefits. So far I have not tried.
  11. We rarely got out to eat anymore. Only when we're on the boat. It works for us. I do enjoy coming here and seeing what you're eating though.
