Fried Rice Vermicelli, Fried Snacks & Wonton Noodle

The air was cool and fresh and the ground was still wet from the previous night's heavy downpour when we set out on our morning walk.

The birds were loud as if calling out cheerful greeting of "Good Morning" to one another.
The birds started to come out from the trees to perch on the power lines.
~~~~~
Simple and cheap, yet delicious breakfast
We bought 3 packets of the above fried rice vermicelli (Indian style) from a roadside stall. We gave a packet to our friend. Each packet costs RM2.
Our breakfast: spicy fried rice vermicelli and a cup of coffee.
On our walk home, we passed by this hen and her chicks.
~~~~~
Simple economy lunch.
This place suddenly came to mind. We haven't eaten these for a long time. Love the crispy fried snacks.
~~~~~
One of our favourite noodles for dinner.
Wonton noodle and minced pork dumplings in Buntong village. I prefer this wonton noodle with a softer texture because of less "kansui" or alkaline solution
Evening sky at 6:45am.
Expecting rain again later in the night.
But, O my soul, don't be discouraged.
Don't be upset. Expect God to act!
For I know that I shall again have plenty of reason
to praise him for all that he will do.
He is my help! He is my God!
(Psalm 42:11, The Living Bible-TLB)
  2. The vermicelli doesn't exactly look appetising, but it must be since you buy it often.
    That's a pretty hen.
