This was last Sunday. After morning walk, we walked to one of our regular coffee shop for breakfast.
I ordered Iced Nescafe Shake, something which I haven't had for a long time.
Hubby ordered Chinese tea.
Hubby bought 2 pieces of Chinese type of doughnuts and ordered a plate of fried noodle to share. No photo of the fried noodle.
After breakfast, I stopped at another shop to buy popcorn.
1 medium size tub cost RM8, very fresh and nice.
~~~~~
For lunch, we drove to Chemor town for this special steamed fish.
This is the signature steamed fish of Restaurant 226 in Chemor.
We forgot it was a Sunday. Good thing we managed to get a small table for ourselves. We only ordered this steamed fish and 1 portion rice to share.
Driving home after lunch.
Passed by this structure.
My kind hearted friend adopted 2 young stray dogs recently.
Dogs photos credited to Aislynn.
She named this male dog Wolfie. He is very shy.
This is Wolfie's sister. My friend named her Goldie.
After a month plus, both the dogs have put on weight.
Wolfie is still shy but not as shy as before.
Goldie is more outgoing, playful and friendly.
Both dogs are happy and getting on well in their new home.
and afterwards I will live with you forever in your home.
My fav shake! Impressive metal sculptural structure.
DeleteHello, Nancy
ReplyDeleteThe coffee and donuts sound great, the fish looks tasty too. Cute doggies, I am glad your friend adopted these dogs. I like their names, Wolfie and Goldie. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Take care, have a happy weekend! PS, thank you for leaving me a comment.
Thank you, Eileen. Happy new week to you.
Deletenice to see dogs adopted, in the UK people often buy expensive pedigree dogs which is a shame as there are so many rescue dogs in need of homes.
ReplyDeleteSo true, Betty. I think these rescue dogs make better guard dogs.
Delete...Nescafe is a brand that has been around for ages!
ReplyDeleteYes, it has been around for ages. My mom is a great fan of Nescafe.
DeleteMay God Bless your friend for adopting the two dogs. 🙏 Your friend is so kind. Ah, seeing your ham Chim peang makes me wanna buy red bean ham Chim peang and kap chung. Only one fish dish and one rice for dinner for two? You must be the one picking up all the fish meat from the bones, right? Long time never eat outside d.
ReplyDeleteAfter adopting the 2 new dogs, my friend now has 3 dogs under her care.
DeleteYour coffee has a face, how cute is that.
ReplyDeleteYummy food - and art.
Oh. The dog. Dogs, plural, oh, nice they get faith into the humans again.
To a happy life.
Thank you, Iris. Have a happy week.
DeleteWolfie has interesting colouring.
ReplyDeleteThat style of fish looks very yummy. Notice you omitted the cili padi when you made your own.
Wolfie has a interesting pattern around her eyes too. Actually I don't have cili padi in the house.
