We are still in the midst of the different types of MCOs. There is nothing exciting happening for us except to think of what we are going to have for breakfast, lunch, dinner and in between. Other than food, I also look forward to sunrises, sunsets, and a little bit of gardening. I have to admit that I am slowing down in my gardening.
This was 31st May.

We still have 5 more days of EMCO to follow before we join the nationwide lockdown. Hubby went out to buy take away breakfast from Kafe Little Nam Yeong.
Flat rice noodle (koay teow), shredded chicken meat, prawn, and etc. minus the chicken and prawn broth.
Shredded chicken and prawn noodle with the broth added to it.
My sea hibiscus in different colour shades.

A "Fishy" Dinner
Fish (torpedo scad) stuffed with spicy sambal aka ikan cencaru sumbat sambal.
Our neighbour bought these for us.
Fish head assam curry
Ordered and given by our neighbour the day earlier. Since I had already prepared dinner, I kept it in the fridge. That was how we ended up with 2 types of fish dishes for this dinner.
Blanched broccoli drizzled with some soy sauce.
I got distracted and returned to the kitchen to find the broccoli over cooked.
Thanks to our neighbour for their generosity.
Sunset at 7:25pm.

Evening sky at 7:28pm
I like the clouds behind the hills.
Can you see the telecommunication towers on top of Kledang Hill?

Let the waves clap their hands in glee and
the hills sing out their songs of joy before the Lord,
for he is coming to judge the world with perfect justice.
